Heres whats up

Hello world! My name is Brittany and I am new to the blogging scene. I have been wanting to get into it for a while but couldnt really think of what I would blog about so I put it off. Then suddenly, while I was face down in my pillow whining to myself about how my life couldnt get any worse, it came to me. I was going to get myself out of this mess I was in by blogging a 30 day challenge, thereby making me accountable to completing these activities! Because lets face it.. when your pasting all over the internet about what your doing with your daily life, you find it harder to not do what you were going to because if you dont youll be known as the one-blog-wonder loser...and thats embarrasing. Not to mention if you stopped half way through you would be letting down your followers! and who could do that??
About the mess im in:
Almost 3 years ago my parents got a divorce. The sperm donor (known as dad to most children) left us (my mother, little brother, twin sister, myself and mushu the dog) for another woman. Now-a-days thats not really shocking. The divorce rate has gone WAY up in the last few years. What makes this just a tad bit more shocking then the average parent-left-parent situation is that the sperm donor left my mother for her very good friend and my little brothers best friends mother..turns out they( sperm donor and other woman) had been having an affair for 5 years BEFORE he left.
I have never had a real relationship with the sperm donor. Hence why I call him sperm donor and not father. I was never very good at school or sports and things like that. I was also a very quiet child so it was really easy for him to neglect me. Especially considering my twin was like SUPER smart and did sports and my little brother was, well a boy and the baby of the family.
Since this started 3 years ago I have taken it upon myself to take care of the situation. my twin sister left home to move in with her boyfriend and any real immediate family left (on mothers side) was either deceased or to old to really do anything to help out in major ways OR they were simply just to busy. Sperm donor chose a bad time to spring this on us, ass.
Right from school I started working 2 jobs to help support my family during this messy time because mother cant work due to back injury and sperm donor refuses to part with his dollars, douchbag. Dont get me wrong I love working and I loved learning to cook and things..but under stressful circumstances working 2 jobs, making sure brother got to school, making sure mother isnt in trouble and cooking a good meal ALL in one day..well your happiness level decreases, duh. All the fighting and crying from mother and brother and all the stress from collectors and other people needing payments gets overwhelming. Doing it for 3 years straight..so sad.
Now im breaking free. Starting April FRIST Im putting a stop to this sadness and getting MY life back on track. Hence blog. :)
I hope to inspire others to do the same thing or something along the lines of it and to show that even when times are hard life can still be amazing. I encourage anyone to join in with me and even do the same activities along with me and share your outcomes with me :)
The 30 day list will be posted up tomorrow (March 31st)
Long Live Happiness!
